Процессор Intel Core i5-4460T стал первым настольным четырехъядерным процессором Core i5 (Haswell) с TDP 35 Вт. Он работает на частоте 1,9 ГГц, которая может повышаться до 2,7 ГГц с помощью Turbo Boost.
В конфигурацию Intel Core i5-4460T входит 6 МБ кэш-памяти третьего уровня и двухканальный контроллер DDR3, поддерживающий скорость до DDR3-1600. Максимальный объем памяти — 32 ГБ. Интегрированное графическое ядро HD 4600 работает на частоте 350 МГц, которая может повышаться до 1,1 ГГц.

Intel recently expanded Core i5 family with a new low power microprocessor, dubbed as Core i5-4460T. In our February"s story (linked below) we listed it along with Haswell desktop refresh SKUs, anticipated to arrive in the second quarter 2014. However, the i5-4460T is not a speed bump of existing product, and that may explain why it was released earlier than the refresh processors.
Core i5-4460T is the first Core i5 Haswell CPU with 4 cores and 35 Watt TDP. It operates at 1.9 GHz, and can temporary "overclock" the cores up to 2.7 GHz with the help of Turbo Boost technology. The remaining processor features are identical to Core i5-44x0S mid-power products. The i5-4460T comes with 6 MB L3 cache, and supports AES and AVX2 instructions. On the other hand, it lacks such technologies as HyperThreading and Trusted Execution. The CPU integrates a dual-channel DDR3 memory controller with the maximum supported memory data rate of 1600 MHz. The on-chip HD 4600 graphics unit runs at up to 1.1 GHz. The official price of the i5-4460T is $182.
