Qualcomm представила новый флагманский процессор Snapdragon 865 Plus

Qualcomm представила свой новый процессор, который на рынке сменит флагманский Snapdragon 865. Новый чип получил название Snapdragon 865 Plus и он будет устанавливаться в смартфоны, вышедшие во второй половине 2020 года. Новинка получила прирост производительности в 10% в сравнении с Snapdragon 865, к тому же она работает на частоте 3,1 ГГц. Стоит отметить, что Snapdragon 865 Plus стал первым мобильным чипом, способным работать на такой высокой частоте. В основе Snapdragon 865 Plus лежит Prime-ядро Kryo 585. Его частота 3,1 ГГц, а еще в основе чипа находятся три Gold-ядра Kryo 585 и четыре Silver-ядра Kryo 585, которые работают на частоте 2,84 ГГц и 1,8 ГГц соответственно.


Snapdragon 865 Plus поддерживает экраны с частотой обновления 144 Гц, Wi-Fi 6E с новым диапазоном 6 ГГц, Bluetooth 5.2, кодеки aptX Adaptive и aptX Voice, а также быструю зарядку Quick Charge 4.0+.

В паре с чипом может использоваться модем Snapdragon X55, который способен работать в 5G сетях.

Первые смартфоны с Snapdragon 865 Plus будут представлены в третьем квартале текущего года. Уже известно, что на новом флагманском процессоре от Qualcomm будут созданы игровые аппараты ASUS ROG Phone 3 и Lenovo Legion, а эти смартфоны будут представлены до конца текущего месяца.
