кто нибудь понял что делает и как влияет параметр "Enable Boost" в Processes Fixed Priority Settings Dialog ?
то что написано в хэлпе ничо не объясняет:

просто если программа например TC внесена в список изменения приоритетов скажем у меня с параметром BelowNormal то когда из тотала запускаешь что нить то процесс-программа... запущенная тоже наследует этот приоритет что и ТС
так вот вроде бы если по логиге не ставить YES у параметра Enable Boost долно как-то влиять но непонятно на что ?
