Не понял почему, но с этим акком (terror_2) наблюдаются в последнее время проблемы, мод в символе подчеркивание проблема? незнаю.... сам не смог скачать, странно.....

Если будут проблемы, пиши мне в ПМ. Я тебе кое-что шепну ;) . Перезалить эти плагины у мня на модеме силенок не хватит. На мой взгляд это лучшее, что я видел для Photoshop, но это имхо.
Если тебе захочется сделать рамки без использования Adobe Photoshop, то могу посоветовать программу FrameMaster v2.13:
