Тут вот спрашивали как приручить IE FTP Enhancer 1.3
Есть крякнутая dll-ка от dvt на замену , которую берите тут:
но саму программу на вякий случай надо брать не с офф.сайта,
где уже версия IE FTP Enhancer 1.4, а с download.com, там пока v1.3
